Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Routine Path ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install the App on your personal devices
Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
Access and use all features provided within the App

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Use automated systems to access the App without authorization

Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its original content, features, functionality, design, code, graphics, and user interface, is owned by Darpan B Neve and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the data you create within the App (habits, tasks, notes, etc.). Since all data is stored locally on your device, we do not claim any ownership or rights to your personal content.

Free Service

Routine Path is provided free of charge with no subscription fees, in-app purchases, or hidden costs. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but existing features will remain free.

Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle data.

Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services for analytics and crash reporting (Firebase). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

App Availability and Updates

We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be unavailable due to:

Maintenance or updates
Technical issues beyond our control
Changes to third-party services
Platform policy changes (Google Play Store, Apple App Store)

We may release updates, new features, or bug fixes at any time. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your device
Backing up your data using the export feature
Ensuring your device meets minimum requirements to run the App
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DARPAN B NEVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
Business interruption
Damage to device or other property

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.) and even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Darpan B Neve, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party

Medical Disclaimer

Routine Path is a productivity and habit tracking tool, not a medical or health application. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

You may terminate this agreement by uninstalling the App and discontinuing all use.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, though your local data remains on your device until you delete it.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws. You agree to waive your right to participate in class actions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Darpan B Neve regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.
